Jesse has been performing professional Residential Home Inspections and Commercial Property Inspections for 14 years. Before relocating to the Central Coast in 2007, Jesse was an active residential home builder and specialty remodeling contractor in Los Angeles. He was affiliated with the Los Angles/Ventura Chapter of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) and the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) where he had served as Chapter President and a Chapter Officer for 8 years. Jesse has served as the President of the San Luis Obispo Chapter of CREIA, and currently serves as the Region Five Director for CREIA through 2013. Jesse chaired the State Educational Committee from 2009—2011 and is the Board Liaison for the Education Committee.
Jesse has been awarded the “The Chairman’s Award” for outstanding contributions of time and support to CREIA in both 2010 and 2011.
Jesse is a Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Adjuster (TDI #1393250) who has worked as an independent adjuster during the Hurricane Catastrophe season on Hurricanes Katrina and Rita (2005), Wilma (2006), Gustav (2008) and Ike (2008). As well, Jesse worked with Parr/FEMA during Hurricane Katrina in 2005 and has performed over 1200 disaster housing investigations. His claims adjusting work in 2008 and 2009 specialized in large loss and commercial properties.
Jesse has also trained with the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal FEMA) to assess earthquake damage to residential structures.
